My services are simple but effective:

I provide non discretionary international share portfolio management to South
African clients (who make use of the R 4million rand offshore investment allowance)
and selected international clients. My specialty is investing in listed property and
infrastructure shares all over the world when they are trading at fair value or a
discount to fair value.

Listed property

Own shares in office blocks, shopping malls, industrial estates, retirement villages,
childcare centres and residential apartments all over the world.

Infrastructure

Own shares in oil and gas pipelines, toll roads, airports, ports, power stations and water
utilities all over the world.

A portfolio of the above shares will produce good solid ongoing income streams to the
investor irrespective of market conditions and will appreciate over the long term.

A defensive value based higher dividend yield portfolio,

I pride myself on lower risk investments that provide steady capital growth with dividend income.
There are no hidden costs for my services, all fees are transparent unlike many larger institutions.

Non Discretionary share portfolio management

Essentially this is where I recommend certain investments to my clients.
Once my clients agree in writing to my recommendations they take steps to invest in
those shares on the various international markets.  No investments can be made without
prior written approval. This ensures that client’s know at all times what they are
invested in and acknowledge the manager’s input in the investment management
process. All recommendations can be researched online by client’s at their leisure prior to
giving written approval.

Peace of mind / Client Funds

I do not hold client funds I merely manage them in terms of a written client agreement.
All client funds are held with reputable international stockbrokers. I cannot physically
access your funds as any funds remittted will be paid by the broker into a bank account
in your name.
Stockbroking establishments do not as a rule make payments to 3rd parties so your
funds are secure.
